Michel Freifer began his career in France within well-established law firms, where he built a solid legal foundation and gained valuable international exposure. This early experience shaped his ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and fostered the global outlook that defines his practice today. Upon returning to the Middle East, he co-founded Capital Law Practice and quickly developed a recognized expertise in international taxation, wealth restructuring, corporate transactions, succession planning, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Throughout more than fourteen years of practice, and with the executive program he completed at HEC, Michel has advised a wide spectrum of local and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is particularly known for his work with Lebanese family enterprises established in Africa, with which he has built trusted, long-term relationships enabling him to guide these families through strategic decisions, intergenerational transitions, and the implementation of sustainable organizational structures.
