Bachelor’s degree in Lebanese Private Law, Master’s in Lebanese Civil Procedures and PhD in Commercial Law from the Lebanese University (Beirut).

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Rene Kabiity leads our firm’s Real Estate department and has built a distinguished practice in Real Estate and Construction Law. He provides comprehensive legal counsel to a broad range of local and international clients, including property owners, developers, international investors, real estate funds, and lenders.

His expertise covers residential and commercial projects, hospitality and industrial developments, mixed-use complexes, retail centers, hotels and resorts, and large-scale commercial facilities. This extensive experience makes him a trusted legal partner in complex and high-value real estate transactions.

Rene regularly advises on technically demanding construction mandates, with a strong focus on structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions that effectively reduce legal and financial risks. His practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence and advising on regulatory compliance. He also provides strategic legal assessments and formal opinions crucial to the development, protection, and long-term sustainability of real estate ventures.
